Proactive Support provides a collection of reports and workflows that help you identify common configuration issues and fix them. Along with the reports and workflows, you will gain access to new cloud features that enhance your support experience. After you enable this option, a setup script creates and configures the user group that is used to send out alerts for the workflows, and a new Remote Troubleshooting page called Proactive Support appears on the Cloud Services website.
You can download Proactive Support reports and workflows from Commvault Store. View the reports on Web Console and execute workflows directly from the reports to fix any issues you discover.
