Audit Trail Report - View Report

You can view the Audit Trail Report on your local Web Console. If a Private Metrics Reporting Server is installed, the report is available only at the Worldwide level.

Before You Begin

  • Verify that your login credentials work for the Web Console.

    If you do not have the proper login credentials, contact your administrator.

  • To view the default reports on Web Console, your CommCell user account requires:
    • A role with the Report Management permission
    • Association with the CommCell entity, user, or user group

Procedure

Web Console with Private Metrics Reporting Server

  1. Log on to the Web Console.
  2. Click Reports.
  3. From the navigation pane, click Reports.
  4. Click Audit Trail.

    The Audit Trail Report appears.

  5. From the Playback Level list, select the lowest severity that you want to view in the report.
  6. Next to Time Range, configure the number of hours, days, or months to display in the report.
  7. Optional: Search the data based on specific text, such as a type of operation. In the Search String box, type the text that you want to search for.
  8. From the Users list, select the users that you want to view in the report.
  9. From the User Group list, select the user groups you want to view in the report.
  10. Optional: Select a language to view any information in that language. From the Languages list, select a language.
  11. Click Apply.

Web Console Only

  1. Log on to the Web Console.
  2. Click Reports.
  3. Click Audit Trail.

    The Audit Trail Report appears.

  4. From the Playback Level list, select the lowest severity that you want to view in the report.
