Managing Report Distribution Schedule

The Existing Schedule section of the Web Analytics Schedules dialog box lists the report distribution schedules that are created for the website. You can edit the information available in an existing schedule, enable or disable a schedule, or delete the schedule.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Web Console.

    To know how to access the Web Console, see Accessing the Web Console.

  2. From the My Applications page of the Web Console, click Analytics.
  3. From the Analytics page of the Web Console, click Web Analytics.
  4. On the Registered Sites tab, identify the registered website for which you want to modify an existing schedule.
  5. Click View Reports next to the registered website.
  6. On the Dashboard page, click File > Schedule.

    The Web Analytics Schedules dialog box opens.

  7. To edit an existing schedule:
    1. From the list of existing schedules, click the schedule that you want to edit.

      The schedule opens for editing.

    2. Verify the schedule details, and modify options as appropriate.
    3. Select or clear the Enable check box to enable or disable the schedule.
  8. To delete an existing schedule, do the following:
    1. From the list of existing schedules, identify the schedule that you want to delete and then click the delete icon next to the schedule.
    2. In the confirmation message, click OK.
  9. Click Save.
