Recalling an Archived Message - Universal Access

Retrieve and save an archived message directly from your email messages, using a universal access link, in any type of email client or webmail application, on any type of device.


  1. Open the email client or webmail application, and then log on with your user name and password.
  2. Select an archived message, and then click the Quick Look button.
  3. Log on to the Web Console.

    A preview of the message appears the Web Console.

  4. Next to Download, click the Message link, and then open or save the message.
