Recalling an Archived Message - Universal Access
Retrieve and save an archived message directly from your email messages, using a universal access link, in any type of email client or webmail application, on any type of device.
- Open the email client or webmail application, and then log on with your user name and password.
- Select an archived message, and then click the Quick Look button.
- Log on to the Web Console.
A preview of the message appears the Web Console.
- Next to Download, click the Message link, and then open or save the message.
