Configuring Only the User That Installs or Registers as Client Owner for Laptop Backups
If you want to allow only the user that ran the installer (in the case of coupled installation) or that ran the registerme (in the case of decoupled installation) as owner, use the following steps that will prevent any other user profiles from being added as client owners.
To configure the user as client owner:
- On the CommServe computer, add the ClientGroupForLaptop additional setting with a non-existing client group name as value.
