After you specify VM provisioning settings for at least one Azure hypervisor, you can use those settings to create an access node for a hypervisor. This capability simplifies expanding into a new region for MSPs.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Virtualization.
The Virtual machines page appears.

On the Hypervisors tab, click the hypervisor that will host the access node.
The hypervisor properties page appears.

On the Configuration tab, in the Access node section, click Create Access node.
The Create Access node dialog box appears.

From the Provisioning Hypervisor list, select the hypervisor that will host the access node.

From the Region list, select the region that will host the access node from
The list is populated by the regions that are configured in VM provisioning settings.

For OS Type, select the operating system of the access node.

In VM Name, enter a name for the VM.

Click Submit.

The new access node appears in the Access node section on the Configuration tab for the provisioning hypervisor.
