Getting Started with Qumulo File Storage for NFS

Verify that your environment meets the system requirements, add the Qumulo access nodes, add Qumulo file server, and then perform a test backup and restore.

Procedure

1. Verify the following things about your environment:

   • Is Qumulo File Storage v3 or a more recent version

   • Meets the system requirements for the Linux file system

   • Has x86 and x64 processor architecture

2. Add the Qumulo access nodes.

3. Complete the file server guided setup.

4. Add the file server for NFS.

5. Perform a test backup and restore.
