To ensure consistent performance for backups and restores, when an access node for a virtulized platform reaches resource utilization of greater than 95%, the Commvault software considers that access node to be overloaded. The software puts new backup jobs into a waiting/pending status until the access node's resource utilization returns to 95% or less.
