When you install with either an excluded installation user or an authorization code, the Edge Monitor on the client will query the Active Directory server from the client and give the current logged on user's logon name and email to the CommServe database. If using a third party identity instead of AD, Edge Monitor will prepend the company alias and append the company SMTP to the current logged on local user.
