You can extract the CA certificate using a web browser.
Procedure
- 
Using your web browser (Chrome or IE), navigate to the DSM user interface. 
- 
Click the lock icon (Chrome) or the Certificate error (IE). 
- 
Click Certificate Information (Chrome) or View Certificates (IE). The Certificate Information window appears for both Chrome and IE browsers. 
- 
Click the Certification Path tab. 
- 
Select the certificate at the top. It starts with “CG CA (S) on ...”. 
- 
Click View Certificate. 
- 
Click the Details tab. 
- 
Click Copy to File. 
- 
Select Next, select Base-64 encoded X.509, and then click Next again. 
- 
Specify a file name for the certificate. 
- 
Click Next, and then click Finish. 
- 
Locate and open the file you just saved with your favorite text editor. The content of the file should start with “-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----“ and end with “-----END CERTIFICATE-----“. 
- 
Copy and paste the contents of this file to the 1.2.3.4_CA.pem file. 
- 
Copy the 1.2.3.4_CA.pem file to CommServe machine.
