Verify that Outlook Add-In is working properly by recalling an archived message. If Outlook Add-In is not installed, you will see a Quick Look button instead of the Download link in archived messages.
Procedure

Open Outlook, enter your Profile Name if required, and then click OK.

Select an archived message to restore. 
- 
In the preview pane, click Download. You are asked to either Open or Save the message. 
- 
Click Save. The recovered message is saved in .msg format.
