Prerequisites for the Exchange Mailbox User Mailbox On-Premises Environment

Before you set up Exchange Mailbox in the Command Center, perform the prerequisite tasks.

• Microsoft Outlook requirements

• Assign full access to service accounts

  The service account must have full access rights to all mailboxes on the server.

• Access nodes should be a part of the same domain as where the application is installed.

• Set the throttling policy on the Exchange server.

• Disable MAPI Over HTTP
