Note
If you use Veritas Volume Manager, you must install the Enterprise license for the useclonedev snapshot feature, which is not enabled in the Standard license. Refer to the Veritas KB article 100019325 (The "useclonedev" feature requires Enterprise license and is not enabled with the Standard license)
If you use Solaris Volume Manager, ensure that a complete disk is used for a metaset. Also, ensure that the metaset is owned by single host and the ownership of the metaset is attained before performing the IntelliSnap backup operations.Non-metaset volumes are not supported.
