Activating an Authorization Code for Installations for MSP Administrators

An authcode is required for an MSP (Managed Service Provider) administrator to run a silent installation of an installation package.

You can generate the authcode from the Command Center.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > CommCell.

   The CommCell page appears.

2. Under General, move the Requires authcode for installation toggle key to the right.

   An authorization code is generated and appears to the right of the toggle key.
