Adding a Tag to an Amazon S3 Content Group for Tag-Based Backups

You can add tags to content groups. You can use tags to back up the S3 buckets based on the associated tags.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Object storage.

   The object storage overview page appears.

2. On the Object storage instances tab, click the Amazon S3 object storage repository.

   The object storage repository page appears.

3. On the Content groups tab, click the content group that you want to add tags to.

   The content group page appears.

4. Under Tag based backup content, click edit button .

   The Manage bucket tags page appears.

5. Click Add.

6. Enter a tag name and a tag value.

   You can add multiple tags in the TagName:Value format.

7. Click Save.
