You can configure the group policy for an access node to use the same internet connectivity settings for all Exchange mailboxes on that access node. By default, internet connectivity settings are user-specific.
Procedure

Log on to the access node with the local system account credentials.

In the Windows Run dialog box, enter
gpedit.msc, and then click OK.The Local Group Policy Editor window appears.

Go to Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer, and then select Make proxy settings per-machine (rather than per user).
The Make proxy settings per-machine (rather than per user) dialog box appears.

Select Enabled, and then click OK.

To update the group policy, in the Windows PowerShell prompt, run the following command:
gpupdate -
Restart the access node.
