Viewing the License Summary Worldwide Report for a CommCell Group on the Private Metrics Reporting Server

You can view the License Summary Report for a CommCell Group on the Command Center for the Private Metrics Reporting Server.

Before You Begin

• Verify that data collection is enabled for Private Metrics Reporting on each CommServe computer. For information about enabling data collection for the report, see Activating Private Metrics Reports.

• To view Metrics Reports, your CommCell user account requires: a role with the Report Management permission and an association with a CommCell Group or CommCell pseudoclient.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Service CommCells.

2. Click the CommCell groups tab.

3. Under Commcell groups click a CommCell group name.

   The Readiness & Resilience dashboard appears.

4. Click the License tile.

   The License summary - worldwide report appears.
