Default Data Views for the Jobs in Storage Policy Copies Report

Storage Policy

The name of the storage policy that contains the storage settings for jobs that ran in the CommCell environment.

Storage Policy Copy

The storage policy copy of the jobs that ran in the CommCell environment, such as Primary.

Copy Type

The type of storage policy copy of the jobs that ran, such as Primary, Secondary, or Inline copy.

Jobs On Copy

The number of jobs that were copied.

Application Size

The application size of the jobs that were copied.

Estimated Media Size (Space Savings (%))

The estimated amount of space occupied by the backed up data on the media and the percentage of space that was saved. For deduplicated data, this also includes any pruned data referenced by the backup job.

Jobs To Copy

The number of jobs required to create an auxiliary copy.

Data To Copy

The amount of data required to create an auxiliary copy.

Estimation for Auxiliary Copy

The throughput rate and number of hours we estimate are required to create an auxiliary copy.

Throughput (GB/Hour)

The amount of data per hour we estimate are required to create an auxiliary copy.

Hours

The amount of time we estimate is required to create an auxiliary copy.

Last Auxiliary Copy Job

The job ID, start time, and status for the last auxiliary copy job that ran for the associated storage policy.

Job ID

The ID for the last auxiliary copy job that ran for the associated storage policy.

Start Time

The start time of the last auxiliary copy job that ran for the associated storage policy.

Status

The status of the last auxiliary copy job that ran for the associated storage policy, such as Completed or Failed.

Client Group

The name of the client group that is associated with the client computer.

Client

The name of the client computer where auxiliary copy jobs ran.

Primary Copy

Detailed information about the Primary copy including the jobs that are on copy, and the jobs that are not yet copied appears under this heading.

Jobs on Copy

The number of jobs that are scheduled for primary copies.

Application Size

The application size of the jobs that are scheduled for primary copies.

Estimated Media Size

The estimated amount of space occupied by the backed up data on the media.

Jobs Copied

The number of jobs that are already copied.

Data Copied

The amount of data that is already copied.

Jobs To Copy

The number of jobs that still need to be copied.

Data To Copy

The amount of data that still need to be copied.

Secondary Copy

Detailed information about the secondary copy appears under this heading.

Restorable Until

The cutoff day and time for restoring from the secondary copy.

Days Before

The number of days that the secondary copy can be used to restore data after it is created.

Policy Name

The name of the storage policy associated with the storage policy copy.

Copy Name

The storage policy copy of the job that ran in the CommCell environment, such as Primary.

Job ID (Status)

The ID for the last disaster recovery job that ran for the associated storage policy.

Database

The type of database that was protected by the disaster recovery job.

Destination

The location where the disaster recovery job was saved.

Type

The type of job that ran.

Start Time

The time that the disaster recovery job began.

End Time

The time that the disaster recovery job completed.

Size of Application

The application size of the disaster recovery job.

Data Written (Space Savings(%))

The amount of data written by the job, and the amount of storage space saved.

Copied Time

The date and time when the disaster recovery job was copied.

Retain Data Until

If the job was manually retained, the date and time when the manual retention period ends for this job.

Aged Time

If data aging is configured, the date and time when the data was aged.

To Be Copied To

The location where data is copied.

Policy Name

The name of the storage policy.

Copy Name

The storage policy copy of the job that ran in the CommCell environment, such as Primary.

Job ID (Status)

The ID and status of the job.

Client

The client computer where the job ran.

Agent

The type of agent where the job ran.

Failure Reason

The reason for which the job failed.

Instance

The name of the instance where the job ran.

Backup Set

The name of the backup set where the job ran.

Subclient

The name of the subclient that was included in the job.

Backup Type (Cycle/Seq. No)

The type of job that ran, the cycle number for the job, and the sequence number of the job.

Start Time

The time that the job began.

End Time

The time that the job completed.

Size of Application (Compression Rate)

The application size of the job and the percentage of data that was compressed.

Data Transferred

The amount of data transferred to storage.

Data Written (Space Savings (%))

The amount of data written to storage and the percentage of storage space saved.

Copied Time

The time when the auxiliary copy job ran.

Data Verification

If a data verification job ran, the date and time when it ran. Data verification jobs verify whether or not the data that was backed up can be successfully restored.

Any of the following statuses might appear:

• Successful: The backup job ran successfully and all data was verified.

• Partial Successful: Part of the data from the backup job was verified.

• Expired: The data verification job timed out, and the data from the backup job was not verified.

• Failed: The data from the backup job cannot be restored. You must run a full backup job to fix this.

• Not Picked: the backup job has not yet been picked up for data verification.

Retain Data Until

If the job was manually retained, the date and time when the manual retention period ends for this job.

Aged Time

If data aging is configured, the date and time when the data was aged.

To Be Copied To

The location where data is copied.
