To restore multitenant database containers on SAP HANA 2.0 SPS04 versions, you must first restore and recover one tenant database from the CommCell Console, and then the software recovers the remaining databases using HDBSQL commands.
Note
Restore operations from IntelliSnap backups will restore the entire SAP HANA instance and not just the selected tenant databases.
Before You Begin
Before initiating the restore, stop the HANA system using the following command:
snpadm@hana08:/usr/sap/SNP/HDB09> HDB stop
Procedure

Restore and recover one tenant database to the most recent state. For more information, see Restore a SAP HANA Multitenant Database.
After the restore, the remaining databases are recovered automatically to the most recent state using HDBSQL commands.
