Symptom
Immediately after creating a new virtual machine (VM) through VM provisioning on the Web Console, you cannot select the VM or run operations such as Start and Stop on the VM.
Resolution
To reset permissions, log out of the Web Console and then log in again. You can then select and run operations on the newly created virtual machine.
