Adding an Instance for Google Cloud Database SQL Server

To manage a database, you can either use an existing instance or add a new instance.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Databases.

2. On the Overview page, from the Add instance list, select Cloud database service.

3. On the Add Cloud DB instance page, select Google Cloud Platform, and then click Next.

4. On the Configure Google Cloud database page, select SQL Server, and then click Next.
