You can fail over or change the default Web Server to another Web Server in the CommCell environment. When you change the default Web Server, the operation updates the database designation and automatically restarts services on all Web Servers in the CommCell environment. However, it does not automatically migrate MongoDB data.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > CommCell..
The CommCell page appears.

In the General section, click the Edit button
. The Change default web server dialog box appears.

From the Web server list, select the new default Web Server.

Click Save to start the failover operation.
You can monitor the success or failure of the operation in the Audit trail report, or view detailed execution steps in the job history.
