Enable Air Gap on the target storage pool.
Procedure
- From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Storage.
- Click Hypescale X.
- Select the Air Gap storage pool
- Open Configuration.
- Under Airgap, move the Enable toggle key to the right.
What to Do Next
If the CommServe server requires additional packages, Commvault creates an installation job in the Suspended state. When you are ready for the CommServe services to restart, resume the installation job to continue the installation.
