After you add a Zscaler subclient, you can modify its settings to change the backup plan, change the SLA, and modify the backup content.
Go to the subclient

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > SaaS Apps.

Click the Zscaler configuration.

On the Subclients tab, click the subclient.
Configure subclient-specific settings
Use these settings to control how Zscaler backups run for the subclient.

Backup plan: Select a different backup plan after you configure backups for Zscaler.

Exclude application from SLA calculations: Enable this toggle to exclude the subclient from SLA reporting.
Content settings
Modify the backup content to change which ZIA and ZPA categories are included in backups:

Click the pencil (edit) icon next to Content.

Choose one of the following options:

Select specific categories: Browse the Zscaler tenant tree and select individual ZIA or ZPA categories to back up.

Define rules: Create rules to automatically include or exclude categories based on criteria.

The browse tree displays the Zscaler tenant as the top-level object with ZIA and ZPA as the two main branches. Expand each branch to view supported configuration categories. You can select the entire tenant to back up all supported categories, individual branches to back up all ZIA or all ZPA categories, or specific categories for granular control.
- Click Save.
Content changes take effect at the next scheduled or on-demand backup.
