You can access downloads that you initiated up to 72 hours ago on the Recent downloads page in the Command Center. Files that you downloaded more than 72 hours ago are removed from the Recent downloads page. Only downloads that you initiated are listed on the Recent downloads page.

The downloaded files appear on the Recent downloads page only in a CommCell environment with a single web server.

Files that are downloaded without a job are not listed on the Recent downloads page, because the file download is immediately initiated in the browser.
Procedure

On the top right corner of the screen, click on Recent downloads
.The Recent downloads page appears.

To download to a different computer, in the row for the required downloaded files, click the action button
, and then click Download.
