Configuring the Auxiliary Copy Fallen Behind Limit for Reports

You can configure the maximum number of days that auxiliary copy jobs can fall behind before the CommCell environment goes into Warning/Critical status in the Fallen Behind Secondary Copies tile in the Health Report. This setting can be configured at the CommCell level, the Client Group level, or at the Client level.

Procedure at the CommCell Level

  1. On the CommCell Console ribbon, on the Home tab, click Control Panel.

  2. Click System.

    The System dialog box is displayed.

  3. On the Advanced tab, next to Maximum Allowed Auxiliary Copy Fallen Behind, type or select a number of days.

  4. Click OK.

Procedure at the Client Group Level

  1. In the CommCell Browser, expand Client Computer Groups, and right click a Client Group, and then click Properties.

    The Client Group Properties dialog box appears.

  2. On the Advanced Settings tab, next to Maximum Allowed Auxiliary Copy Fallen Behind, type or select a number of days.

  3. Click OK.

Procedure at the Client Level

  1. In the CommCell Browser, expand Client Computers, and right click a Client, and then click Properties.

    The Client Group Properties dialog box appears.

  2. Click Advanced.

    The Advanced Client Properties dialog box appears.

  3. On the KPIs tab, next to Maximum Allowed Auxiliary Copy Fallen Behind, type or select a number of days.

  4. Click OK to close the Advanced Client Properties dialog box.

  5. Click OK to close the Client Properties dialog box.
