eDiscovery Users in the License Summary Report

The eDiscovery Users view of the License Summary report displays a list of current eDiscovery users whose activity and content are protected by the eDiscovery Users license. This report also includes a list of current backup operations for eDiscovery users' desktop and laptop content that were excluded from the Capacity license calculation because they are covered by the eDiscovery User license. Additionally, this report includes a list of current backup operations for eDiscovery users' Edge Drive content that were excluded from the Capacity license because of the eDiscovery User license.

Included Components

Primarily, eDiscovery users are those who interact with Web Console features to back up, share, and search data.

Where to Access the Report

To view this report, in the License Summary Report, click More Info, and in the Other Licenses table, click eDiscovery Users.

eDiscovery Users Current Usage Details Table

This table displays current user information and associations.

Column	Description
User ID	The ID that is assigned to the user.
User Name	The first and last name of the user.
User Login	The login name for the user.
Email	The email address configured for the user.
Associations	The roles that are associated with the user.
Company ID	The ID that is assigned to the company.
Company	The company that owns the user account.
Plan	The plan that is associated with the user account.

Current Desktop & Laptop Usage Excluded from Capacity Because Of eDiscovery User License Table

This table displays the current backups for desktop and laptop content that are excluded from the Capacity license calculation because they are covered by the eDiscovery User license.

Column	Description
Client ID	The ID of the client computer.

Job Type	The type of job that ran, such as Backup.
Workload	The workload assigned to each subclient.

This table displays the current backups for Edge Drive content that were excluded from the Capacity license calculation because they are covered by the eDiscovery User license.
