Sharing Users in the Subclient Peak Usage Report

The Subclient Peak Usage Report for Endpoint Sharing Users displays each endpoint sharing user included in the total user count for the selected CommCell environment during the selected month. This report also includes the largest jobs that were covered by the Endpoint Sharing User license instead of the Capacity license.

Only some of the columns appear by default. You can view any additional columns by using the Columns setting.

Where to Access the Report

To view this report, in the Subclient Peak Usage Report, in the Endpoint Sharing Users Peak Usage Per Month chart, click a bar.

Sharing Users Peak Usage Table

The Endpoint Sharing Users Peak table displays each endpoint sharing user that is included in the peak user count, their email address, log-on name, and associations.

Column

Description

User ID

The ID that is assigned to the user.

User Name

The first and last name of the user.

User Login

The login name for the user.

User Email

The email address configured for the user.

Associations

The roles that are associated with the user.

Company ID

The ID that is assigned to the organization.

Company

The organization that owns the client computer.

Plan

The plan that is associated with the hypervisor host.

Peak Usages Excluded from Capacity Because of Sharing User License

This table displays the peak jobs that were excluded from capacity because they were protected by the Sharing Users license.

Description

License ID

The ID that is assigned to the license.

License

The type of license.

Job ID

The ID for the job that ran.

Job Type

The type of job that ran, such as Backup.

Client ID

The ID assigned to the client computer.

The client computer where the hypervisor host is located.

Agent ID

The ID that is assigned to the agent type.

The type of agent.

Instance ID

The ID that is assigned to the instance.

The type of hypervisor, such as VMware or Azure.

Backup Set ID

The ID that is assigned to the backup set.

The backup set that is associated with the subclient.

Subclient ID

The ID that is assigned to the subclient.

The subclient that was backed up.

Storage Policy ID

The ID that is assigned to the storage policy.

Storage Policy

The storage policy associated with the subclient.

Usage

The largest amount of data that was backed up for the subclient during the specified month.

Company ID

The ID that is assigned to the organization.

Plan

The plan that is associated with the subclient and storage policy.
