Use this dialog box to discover, and then manage the Cassandra nodes.
Discover
The software discovers the Cassandra nodes that are part of the cluster, and then displays the following details:

The client name
-
The Cassandra node name
-
The data center that the Cassandra node belongs to
Configure
To configure one node in the cluster, right-click on the node, and then click Configure.
Configure the selected Cassandra node.
Configure All
To configure all nodes in the cluster, right-click, and then click Configure All.
Configure all Cassandra nodes in the cluster.
Install Commvault
Have the software automatically perform a push installation of the Commvault Cassandra package to one or all of your Cassandra nodes.

Selected Nodes - install the software on a subset of nodes, for example a data center

All Nodes - install the software on all the nodes in the cluster.
Add Placeholder Node
To add a placeholder node, right-click, and then click Add Placeholder Node.
A placeholder node is the new node that replaces a dead node in the Cassandra cluster. Use this option when you need to replace a dead node.
