Setting Up Message Reply

You must set up message reply so that end users can use the Web Console to:

  • reply, reply all, and forward messages

  • search contacts from the global address list (GAL)

  • add attachments to messages

In addition, messages must be content indexed for end users to be able to use the message reply functionality in the Web Console.
