Prerequisites for Two-Factor Authentication (Administrator)

The following is needed to set up two-factor authentication (which is a form of multi-factor authentication) in your CommCell environment:

• Configuring an Email Server

• Assigning Email Addresses to CommCell Users

• Synchronizing the System Time on the CommServe Computer

• Optional: Customizing the PIN and Secret Key Emails Sent to Users
