Backing Up NAS File Server Data

You can back up NAS file server data with a full, incremental, or differential backup.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > File Servers.

   The file servers Overview page appears.

2. On the File Servers tab, in the row for the NAS file server that you want to back up, click the action button , and then select Back up.

   The Backup dialog box appears.

3. Under Backup options, select the type of backup to perform.

4. Select the subclient(s).

5. Optional: To receive an email message when the backup operation is complete, select the When the job completes, notify me via email check box.

6. Click Submit.
