You can set the timeout period for the email server.
Tip: If you are receiving duplicate emails, increase the timeout period to 120000 milliseconds (2 minutes).
Procedure
To set the timeout period for the mail server:

On the CommServe computer, add the mailTimeOutValue additional setting with the timeout period as value.
