Getting Started with Veritas Clusters on UNIX

Before You Begin

• On the CommServe computer, add the EnableVCSClusterResourceDiscovery additional setting as shown in the following table.

Procedure

1. Complete the Setup Wizard for the Servers Application.

2. Create a Cluster File Server.

3. Add Additional Backup Sets for Cluster Nodes.

4. Create a Subclient for Cluster Nodes.

5. Perform a test backup and restore.

   • Perform backups for cluster file server.

   • Perform restores on cluster file servers.
