Create a user-defined subclient for the NAS file server and add the SMB file share as its backup content.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Files.

Go the Files tab and click the NAS file server.

Under Protocols, click CIFS.

On the Subclients tab, click Add subclient.

Enter the Subclient Name.

Click Next.

Select a backup plan.

Under Content tab, click Add.

Enter the path to the SMB file share as the Custom path and click the add
button. -
In the Impersonate user dialog box, select or add the Credential to access the SMB share.

Click Save.

Click Submit.
