CommCell group administrators can delete users from a CommCell group.
Caution
If the user has access to other CommCell environments in the CommCell group, then the user will also lose access to those other CommCell environments.
Procedure

Log on to the Cloud Services Portal.

At the top-right of the page, in the Search box, enter the CommCell group name and select it from the results.
The CommCell groups page appears.

Under Name, click a CommCell group.
The CommCell group dashboard appears.

In the upper-right area of the page, click the menu button
, and then select User management.The Users page appears.

In the row for the user, click the action button
, and then click Delete.A message asks you to confirm that you want to delete the user.

Click Yes.
The user is removed from the CommCell group.

Click Close.
