Viewing the License Summary Worldwide Report on the Private Metrics Reporting Server

You can view the License Summary Worldwide Report on the Command Center for the Private Metrics Reporting Server.

Before You Begin

• Verify that data collection is enabled for Private Metrics Reporting on each CommServe computer. For information about enabling data collection for the report, see Activating Private Metrics Reports.

• To view Metrics Reports, your CommCell user account requires: a role with the Report Management permission and an association with a CommCell Group or CommCell pseudoclient.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Service CommCells.

2. Click the CommCells tab.

3. Under Metrics Commcells click the a CommCell name.

   The Readiness & Resilience dashboard appears.

4. Click the License tile.

   The License summary - worldwide report appears.
