SS0002: While performing IntelliSnap backup on a Linux VM,  metadata collection is not included in the backup

Metadata collection using the Collect File Details option is not supported for IntelliSnap backups of Linux virtual machines.

Resolution

To recover files and folders from IntelliSnap backups of Linux virtual machines, use Live File Recovery.
