Symptom
A backup job that includes multiple VMs and uses multiple data readers might not be able to complete backups for some VMs.
Cause
If the backup cannot take a snapshot of virtual machine data immediately, the snapshot operation might time out and cause the backup for that VM to fail.
Resolution
To avoid this issue, you can increase the number of snapshot retries and the retry interval by creating the nCreateSnapshotRetryAttempts and nCreateSnapshotRetryIntervalSecs additional settings on the VSA proxy.
