Commvault Grid nodes can be used as access nodes for different agents, such as the Virtual Server Agent (VSA) and NAS File Servers, by using NFS exports.
When using Commvault Grid nodes for this purpose, it is recommended to configure a Server Group. This allows the server group to be assigned to the access node role, and the group can be updated manually or automatically whenever new Commvault Grid nodes are added to the storage pool.
