After you add a ServiceNow subclient, you can modify its settings to change the backup plan, change the SLA, and modify the backup content.
Go to the subclient

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > SaaS applications.

Click the ServiceNow configuration.

On the Subclients tab, click the subclient.
Configure subclient-specific settings
Use these settings to control how ServiceNow backups run for the subclient.
Backup plan
Select a different backup plan for this subclient:

In the Plan section, click Edit.

Select a backup plan from the list.

Click Save.
The subclient-level backup plan overrides the instance-level backup plan.
Exclude application from SLA calculations
Exclude this subclient from SLA reporting:

In the Settings section, select Exclude application from SLA calculations.

Click Save.
