To discover database instances, enable the Cloud SQL Admin and Cloud Resource Manager API in the project where service account is hosted.
If using a Google cloud VM, under API and Identity Management > Cloud API access scopes, ensure that the Cloud SQL and Cloud Platform access scopes are enabled.
Commvault requires a Google Cloud service account with the appropriate Identity and Access Management (IAM) permissions to protect Google Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL and AlloyDB resources.
