Outlook Add-In is available in different packages to help you and your end users access archived Microsoft Outlook messages and attachments. Choose the package that best suits your business requirements.
Only Classic versions of Microsoft Outlook (2010 to 2021) and Office 365 are supported.

Note
If you have Outlook Add-In Version: 11.38.394 and above on the end user machine with Microsoft Outlook version 2016 and above then:

You will not see the Download button in the Microsoft Outlook email. Instead you will see a QuickLook button in the email preview.

Double-clicking on such emails will auto recall the email. Additionally, you can click QuickLook to recall the email.

If you choose to go via QuickLook, you will be asked to log into Web Console/Command Center.

You will be able to see the email preview in Web Console/Command Center.

Email attachments are not clickable in the email preview option in Web Console/Command Center. You can download the email to view the attachments.
