Deleting and Transferring Ownership of a Domain Controller

Updated

You can delete a domain controller from the Command Center.

Important

When you delete a domain controller, you can transfer ownership to a different user. If you do not transfer ownership, any operations that use the domain controller entity will stop working.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Security.

    The Security page appears.

  2. Click the Identity servers tile.

    The Identity servers page appears.

  3. In the Actions column for the server, click Delete.

  4. To skip ownership transfer, select the Skip ownership transfer check box.

  5. If you did not skip ownership transfer, enter the user to whom you want to transfer ownership of the domain controller.
