In deployments where guest virtual machines are accessible only from the VSA proxy, you can enable remote installations from the proxy.
Before You Begin
Add the Virtual Server Agent, MediaAgent, and any required application agents to the remote cache on the VSA proxy. For more information, see Setting Up a Remote Cache on a Client Computer.
Procedure

To the VSA proxy, add the PushInstallThroughProxy additional setting as shown in the following table.
