Searches for messages within a specific folder.

Has Attachment

Searches for messages that have attachments.

Mail Size

Searches for messages that are greater than or less than the size that you specify. You can specify the size in KB, MB, or GB.

Contains

Searches for messages whose body contains the search string.

You must have content indexing enabled to use the Contains search.

Received

Searches for messages by the time they were received. Select one of the following options:

• Today: Messages received on the current day.

• Yesterday: Messages received on the previous day.

• This Week: Messages received between Sunday and Saturday of the current week.

• This Month: Messages received during the current month.

• This Year: Messages received during the current year.

• Last Week: Messages received between Sunday and Saturday of the previous week.

• Last Month: Messages received during the previous month.

• Last Year: Messages received during the previous year.

• Time Range: Messages received during the time range that you specify in From Time and To Time.
