New Settings Tile on MediaAgent Pages
You can configure settings that are specific to a MediaAgent from the Command Center. Additionally, you can add more settings to the Command Center as per your requirement.
For more information, see Configuring MediaAgent Settings.
Storage Accelerator
Storage Accelerator feature is enabled by default for all customers (for both upgrade and fresh installation).
For more information, see Media Management Configuration: Service Configuration.
Storage Accelerator Support for Auxiliary Copies
Storage Accelerator can be setup on a source MediaAgent to directly send the backup data to an auxiliary copy (cloud copy). Without the Storage Accelerator, source MediaAgent send the client data to the destination MediaAgent first, and then the destination MediaAgent stores the data in the auxiliary copy.
Unlike backups where Storage Accelerator package should be installed on client, Storage Accelerator for auxiliary copy is enabled by default and does not require any special package to be installed.
For more information, see Accelerating Auxiliary Copies.
