Viewing File Indexing Jobs on a Virtual Machine

You can view the status of file indexing jobs on a VM or instance.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Virtualization.

2. On the Virtual machines tab, click a VM or instance:

3. On the Overview tab, in the Recovery point calendar, you can view completed backup jobs that also had file indexing performed on them. These jobs are identified as dates outlined by a square in the calendar.
