Emailing the Contents of a Window

You can email the contents of a window.

Procedure

1. Open a window and do any of the following:

   • Right-click any column in the window, and then click Email.

   • In the upper-right corner of the window, click the Table Menu button, and then click Email.

   The SMTP Parameters dialog box appears.

2. In the SMTP Host box, enter the hostname of the server.

3. In the SMTP Port box, enter the port number of the SMTP server.

   By default, the port number is 25.

4. In the To and From boxes, enter one or more email addresses.

5. In the Subject box, enter a subject for the email.

6. Click OK.

   The contents of the window are sent as a text attachment.

Viewing Installed Components

You can view a list of software components installed on a given client computer by right-clicking the client computer, selecting View, and then selecting Installed Software. This dialog box will show all components installed on the client, including those that do not appear as separate components under the client node in the CommCell Console (such as Offline Mining components).
