Client/MediaAgent Connectivity
Displays a message indicating whether or not the client and/or MediaAgent is accessible. If the client is not accessible, you can check the Process Manager to ensure the client's services are running.
Network
When selected, runs a network check between the client, CommCell and MediaAgents. This appears for Client Readiness Checks only. Checks for network connectivity are performed on the default port 8400. To view the ports used for other services, such as backup and restore jobs, see TCP Ports Used for Services.
Resource/Capacity
When selected, runs a check on the resources and capacity of the client. This appears for Client Readiness Checks only.
Include disabled entities
When selected, runs a readiness check on disabled entities. This appears for Client Readiness Checks only.
Application Check
When selected, runs a readiness check on the database agents on the client.
Show Details
Click to launch the Information window, which displays the details regarding the client components and their connectivity status.
Client/MediaAgent Information
For clients, displays the details regarding the client components and their connectivity status.
For MediaAgents, displays a message regarding the status of the network connectivity from the CommServe to the MediaAgent.
Note
When the client fails and is not accessible, check:

The Process Manager to ensure the client's services are running.

Network connectivity.

Tape or disk library space if low capacity is reported.
